Your new resume will be presented in a way that positions you to be selected for interview.

Attending a job interview can be nerve racking, especially if it's been
a while since your last interview. Interviewing is a skill which
Sharpen Up can coach you in. Remember, the interview process is
not only to determine your suitability for the role, but for you to
decide if the job and company are right for you.
We will discuss your current role and broader career history,
benchmarked against a specific role you would like to achieve, or to
prepare for an upcoming job interview, to determine gaps and
strengths for which we can prepare. A gap analysis will be
completed comparing your career history to the new job
requirements.
We will prepare for questions you may be asked during the interview including role-playing practice sessions and STAR responses for key criteria. We'll also prepare questions for you to ask during the interview to determine if the job is right for you.
We will consider the broader recruitment process and you'll receive
strategies to set you up for success prior, during and after the
