My name is Bronwyn Wilson, a qualified and experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development professional, Yoga Teacher and Mum, based in Brisbane, Australia. 

I have extensive Human Resources experience working in large multinationals, small and franchised business and not-for-profit organisations over a 20+ year career, across Australia and Canada. Interpreting policy and industrial instruments, reviewing positions descriptions/job grading, coaching leaders on performance management and difficult conversations, creating succession and talent plans, identifying training needs, contributing to attraction and retention strategy, recruitment process including interviewing candidates, workforce planning, managing engagement programs and implementing action planning initiatives, leader workshop facilitation and enterprise agreement negotiations have all featured heavily in my career to date. I have significant understanding in determining what motivates and drives individual performance, using a supportive and culture focused style. 

My role as Mum to three energetic sons inspires me to live mindfully, continually working to better myself while maintaining my integrity and living authentically. As a qualified Yoga and Kids Yoga Instructor, I know that applying this approach in both my personal and professional life is a helpful contributor in alleviating stress leading to clearer decision making and fulfilment. During School Holidays, I run Kids Yoga Workshops through my business, Stretchy Souls Yoga for Kids. This work provides me with a tremendous sense of fulfilment by positively contributing to the mental wellness of our growing humans. 

I am motivated to help people and feel part of a community. Positively contributing to others by helping them rediscover their confidence and sense of purpose, particularly if they have been out of the workforce for a while, are at a crossroads in their career, or held the same job for many years, brings me a great sense of pride and fulfilment.
